Wednesday Mornings Weekly:
Memory Lane Music
at Eastgate Theatre 10.30am – 11.30am for persons living with dementia and friends and family. Singing and Dancing fun to music led by Frances and Robbie from Nomad Beat.
Free but there is a waiting list so you must book your place for each term via Nomad Beat 01721 722472.
Thursday Afternoons Fortnightly:
Memory Café
at Firholm, Innerleithen Road, Peebles 2.30pm – 4.00pm for people living with dementia family and friends, to socialise and participate in activities to find support and enjoyment in meeting new friends.
Learn about new ideas and happenings in the wider world of dementia in Scotland. Donations welcome.

Family Ceilidh Tea Dances
Cardrona Village Hall 2.30pm – 4.30pm, inclusive social event for people living with dementia, friends and family, supported by other dance lovers in the community.
The Live Ceilidh Band, Dave Robb and Friends, entertain and demonstrate dances and sing for those who don’t dance. The whole afternoon experience is most enjoyable with tea and cake provided by willing volunteers.
Tickets £5 – kids 12 and under free but must book at Eastgate Theatre Box Office.
